What does the GPS model number mean?

GPS identifies the GenPro range. The number is a rounded model class, followed by the engine initial: P for Perkins, B for Baudouin, C for Cummins and S for Scania. A final S denotes a canopied set. For example, GPS30P is an open Perkins model; GPS30PS is canopied. Scania open models end in S and canopied models in SS.

Are the model class and actual output the same?

Not necessarily. Model names use a rounded catalogue class; prime and standby power are technical ratings. The exact values depend on voltage, engine and alternator configuration and are listed separately on the product page.

Where is the new GPS range manufactured?

The new GPS generator range is manufactured in the United Kingdom using internationally sourced engines and components. Generator manufacturing location does not mean that every engine or component is UK-made. Confirm any project-specific origin documentation with your quotation.

Are all generators in stock?

Availability and build lead times are confirmed with each quotation. Tell us your required delivery date and destination.

Can I request a different voltage or alternator?

The product pages list the documented electrical configurations. Contact the team for a quotation covering your voltage, phase, alternator and site requirements.
